Meet Aimee Wong, Author of This Newsletter

Aimee started her career as a forensic scientist but it was while working for the New Jersey State Police, that she met her friend who re-ignited her love for exercise and nutrition. After her son was born, Aimee realized she needed to develop her leadership skills and healthy lifestyle if their family was going to be successful.

Aimee combined her love for learning, leadership and lifting weights to start her journey as a Fit-Life Coach. When she's not in the lab, you'll find Aimee officiating high school basketball games or at Saturday night family dinners with her husband and son, Ethan.
